The location of the accommodation was really convenient, as it was close to various dining options and had easy access to transportation. Plus, the nearby restaurant/bar added a vibrant atmosphere to the area. the room itself had some advantages, such as a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed.
There were some cleanliness issues in the room, with dust and dirt noticed behind the beds.

The room was very well layed out clean
There is no insulation in the walls. You hear the people in the next room like they are right next to you. Plus the Seagulls, dogs and street traffic is very loud. This hotel is for frat boys trying to stuff as many people as possible in a room. It is party central and it goes 24/7 It is loudest at 5:00am when everyone comes home wasted.......

30M from the beach, 20m from a market, ample restaurants, bakerys, supermarkets, chemists. Close to Opium and Catwalk nightclubs. Las Ramblas is 20mins walk. Spacious rooms, clean, staff were fantastic and very helpful.

The location was fantastic. We also found the apartment very comfortable, modern and clean with good space. The staff were very helpful and friendly and all spoke English. Staying at this accommodation was relaxing and added to our experience of Barcelona and we enjoyed returning to it each day as a base. Thank you for a great stay!
More keys would have been really useful.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach and with easy access to public transportation. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so we never had to travel far for a good meal. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The bed was a bit of a letdown. It seemed to be made up of two separate mattresses that weren't properly attached, so they would move apart during the night.

Overall we were happy with our apartment. It was in a great location, spotlessly clean and had everything that we would require.
The only dissappointment is that the apartment is advertised as a 'loft' which implies that it is on the top floor. However, it is on street level and the noise of traffic and pedestrians was quiet loud. I am a good sleeper so this didn't bother me too much but if you are a light sleeper it would be a problem.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the major attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, the staff was really friendly and helpful, always willing to give us suggestions on what to do or where to eat. Best Aspects: One of the best parts of the hotel was the rooftop terrace, which had amazing views of the city. We spent most of our evenings up there, enjoying a drink and taking in the scenery. the rooms were quite spacious, and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of walking around the city.
The room was a bit noisy at night. There was a restaurant across the street that played loud music until the early hours of the morning, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent location close to the beach and shops. Short walk to many landmarks and tourist attractions. We had a penthouse apartment with huge balconies. Quiet residential area but full of live during the day and evening.
Hard mattress and too few pillows. Trash not emptied.

I love Barceloneta and the type of buildings. So it is very nice the Whotell is in such a nice area in a refurnished old building.
You have communication very well in order. The website looks flashy. And your staff is very professional and kind. If I have one remark though, it is that the apprtement doe not meet the expectancy level: sure there is some design, but here and there you see sings of the appartement being refurnished not to the best possible quality e.g. roof panels coming off in the shower, the sink fosset leaking, if you turn on the light in the living room, you can see into the ventilation system. Those are a few things that could improve the over all experience.

The feeling of seeing the real Varcelona
The area was notorious for crime and theft which I felt should have been highlighted. Did not like that we were moved from original hotel and then asked to move hotels again after our 2nd night.

Basic accomodation, good for staying with family members.
The staff were not as helpful and accomodating as they should have been.
